Replacing Your Fence BD

Summer is a great time for putting up a new fence, but do not forget to send a request in to the ACC.

Residents are reminded that an ACC request must be submitted to the ACC Committee for approval prior to beginning all construction such as new fences, roofs, gazebos, windows, remodels, etc.

For fences, the type of wood used, stain color, and style of construction must adhere to the guidelines set forth in our architectural and landscape rules. Non-compliance may require a teardown and rebuild of completed construction at the owner's expense.

ACC requests are made on the management company website by logging into your homeowner account.    If you are unable to log into your account for whatever reason, you may drive over to the management company office for help.   You may go to the Contacts page for this information.
